What does a Casa Advisor do?
A Casa Advisor gives you one-on-one guidance for protecting, managing, and passing on your bitcoin and digital wealth. Your Advisor learns your setup, strategy, and goals, talks through the security tradeoffs of buying or selling, helps design your inheritance plan, and keeps your security plan current as your devices, assets, and life change.
Do Casa Advisors have access to my bitcoin?
No. Casa is non-custodial — your keys stay in your hands, and Casa does not hold, control, or transmit customer funds. An Advisor guides your decisions and helps you run your own setup; they never hold your keys and can never move your bitcoin.
Which Casa plans include an advisor?
Premium ($2,100/yr) includes access to Casa's advisory team, and Private Client ($7,500/yr) includes a dedicated advisor who knows your setup personally, plus phone access on weekdays. If you're considering either, you can book a consultation with our team to get started.
What is Casa Private Client?
Private Client is Casa's white-glove tier for generational wealth. It pairs the highest-security vault with a dedicated advisor, an onboarding package with custom hardware, emergency phone support, and a private community — dinners, events, exclusive guest sessions, and a members' group chat between gatherings.
Can an advisor help my family with inheritance?
Yes. Your Advisor helps design your inheritance plan and meets your family early, so they have a familiar guide when it counts. Recipients never need seed phrases, and Casa's inheritance protocol works without a death certificate or court order.
How do I talk to a Casa Advisor?
Book a consultation and our team will walk through your situation and recommend a setup. Existing members can schedule a consultation from the Casa app, and Private Client members can also call their advisor directly.
